Graffiti Report Form

Although the Council is not responsible for removing graffiti (the property owner is) we can ensure reports are passed to the appropriate Authority/Company for action, which could include utility providers, Hampshire Highways, etc. We also have the power to remove graffiti and recover our costs where the property owner doesn't remove it.
